My Hypnosis for Life Improvement System utilizes a very powerful, highly effective 3 stage process. This system was developed after years of observation on how adults learn and implement change. This is matched with the amazing results found from addressing the sub-conscious mind and completed with a comprehensive, personal follow-up stage.
DATA ACQUISITION ELEMENT
It all starts with a Personal Assessment. In order to make a program that is just for you, I need to now who you are! I conduct a simple, Personal Assessment in order to acquire the foundation or base-level data about you. In other words, in order to move forward from where you are now, I need to know how you got here (in regards to the issue we are addressing.)
We will clarify and expound upon this information. This will help me to determine how your future sessions will be constructed. This is conducted as a comfortable, stress-free conversation. Keep in mind that my questions are geared to the matter at hand and meant to be “non-invasive” in regards to highly personal issues. The more of "the picture" I am able to see, the more focused and effective the sessions will be. You are not “grilled” for information and you may choose to not answer at any time.
This time also serves as an opportunity to “get-to-know” me as I “get-to-know” you! It is important that you are completely comfortable – not only with your decision to affect change, but with me as well. Since everything up through this point is free of charge with no obligation, if you or I determine that this is not for you, you’ve lost nothing except a little time.
The Data Acquisition Element is concluded with a very brief Simplex Session – a relaxing, mini-hypnosis session that introduces you to my methods as well as providing me with key indicators and subtle nuances on how to best design your future sessions. This is NOT a full hypnosis session; this is simply a way for me to determine how you react to different methods, how you process information, and how you respond to directions.
HYPNOSIS SESSION ELEMENT
This is the actual session designed specifically for you based upon the information gathered during the DATA ACQUISITION ELEMENT. Each session is a full, in-depth hypnotic experience addressing you and your desire to change.
The session starts with the Induction Phase – this is where I commence a progressive relaxation with imagery system. I start by having a conversation with you, then begin to bring on complete relaxation and focus using a slow, soothing voice and carefully chosen words to build a perfectly calm and serene “place.” From here it is a very smooth and tranquil transition to the Trance Phase where I can address your subconscious mind. You are ALWAYS AWARE of your surroundings and you are ALWAYS in control!
At the completion of each session, I will inform you of my impression of the session, make sure you're feeling fine, and we'll be done for the day!
SUBSEQUENTIAL ELEMENT
I will contact you approximately 72 hours after the session to see how you are doing. Whatever information you are able to provide at this time will assist in the development of the next session (or determine if additional sessions are even necessary!) It’s through this positive, progressive approach that we are assured you are on your way to achieving your goals.
I will also keep in contact with you on a regular basis for up to 90 days after you’ve completed your last session to make sure your changes have become a permanent part of you!
SMOKING CESSATION
Smoking has been classified as an “addiction” or as a “habit” – and sometimes both! There isn’t a person who smokes that hasn’t heard of the horrid effects of smoking and a great many truly want to change! They just need a little direction to find out how they can stop forever! Hypnosis has been used many times in the past to successfully end one’s dependence on cigarettes and with the follow-up, your success is assured!
Can hypnosis really help you quit smoking? The short answer is yes. Some compelling research (Hypnotherapy For Smoking Cessation Sees Strong Results) has found that hypnosis can be an effective tool for helping you quit – with quit rates that easily beat more traditional methods.
Yet, the consensus seems to be that, like with any smoking cessation program, you have to want the results. Hypnotherapy is not the best option if:

Nearly everyone is afraid of something, sometimes. That is normal. It’s when these fears become so powerful that they overcome your common sense and reasoning and become barriers to an enjoyable life that you may want to address them.
There have been numerous cases of individuals overcoming their fears (flying, heights, bugs, etc) using hypnosis. This will help you face and address your fears and forge ahead through a magnificent life!
WEIGHT LOSS/CONTROL
The only true way to lose weight and keep it off is the obvious; just burn more calories than you take in. Simple, right?
Nearly everyone can find the will power to lose weight by sticking with a program for a short period of time – known as “dieting” – but not everyone can find the internal power to truly change their lifestyle so that it becomes permanent.
First – ask yourself WHY you want to lose weight? Do you have a good answer? Good enough to convince your body to go along with your mind to get it done?
I will discuss with you fully the mind-body connection when it comes to weight loss before we even get started to make sure our work together is truly effective.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
Stress is a normal part of life that can either help us learn and grow or can cause us significant problems. It causes the release of powerful neurochemicals and hormones that prepare us for action (to fight or flee). If we don't take any action, the stress can lead to health problems.
Prolonged, uninterrupted, unexpected, and unmanageable stresses are the most damaging types of stress. Many of the ways individuals deal with stress -- drugs, pain medicines, alcohol, smoking, and eating -- actually worsen the stress and can make us more reactive (sensitive) to further stress! For centuries in Eastern religious traditions, the benefits of meditation and other relaxation techniques have been well known.
Now, Western medicine and psychology have rediscovered that particular wisdom, translated it into simple non-spiritual methods, and scientifically verified its effectiveness. This program will set the path for you to take a “vacation” to a most wonderful, peaceful and serene location whenever the need arises, allowing all that harmful stress to dissipate immediately!
PUBLIC SPEAKING
Public speaking is a common source of fear, anxiety, and stress for a great number of people. As a matter of fact, it is believed to be the single most common phobia (known as Glossophobia,) affecting as much as 75% of all people! Many of us would like to avoid this problem entirely, but this is hard to do.
You might not be speaking to large audiences but perhaps you want to make your Homeowner’s Association or Condo Board listen to your ideas. What if you’ve been chosen to give a wedding or retirement dinner toast? How about delivering a presentation in the classroom or boardroom? These are all instances of public speaking. Most people who fear public speaking are worried about being judged negatively or criticized ... or they fear disappointing people who currently think well of them ... they might even feel that they just don't have what it takes to be a good public speaker ... or that people aren't that interested in what they have to say. These are all “perceptions” that the speaker has – it is what they and they alone, “see.” I can help you alter that perception and thus eliminate the fear, anxiety and stress!
